What this website does with your information, and what it doesn't.
Data controller

Contact form
Data requested: name, email and message (required); company, project type, budget and preferred call slot (optional). Nothing else is asked.
Purpose: replying to your request and, if you wish, preparing a quote. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the form's box (never pre-ticked), and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Recipients: Pablo Ordas only. The message is delivered by email to Ordas's business mailbox (hosted by Hostinger); the website itself stores no form data.
Retention: exchanges are kept in Ordas's mailbox for at most 3 years after the last contact, then deleted, unless a contract is signed (legal retention periods for business records).
No data is sold, rented or used for advertising.
Spam protection
The form is protected without any third-party service or cookie: a hidden field, a minimum filling time and a per-IP sending limit, kept in memory for a few minutes and then forgotten.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookie. Details are in the cookie policy.
Hosting and technical logs
The host keeps technical logs (IP address, requested pages, date) to secure and operate the service, under its own policy.
Some providers (hosting, email delivery) may process data outside the European Union; these transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may at any time access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, request its portability or withdraw your consent by writing to contact@ordas.fr. Reply within one month at most.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority):
