Solydec Maintenance
The website of a Saint-Priest company that manages buildings' water systems: leak detection, plumbing and heating, drainage, underground networks.
Context
Since 1980, Solydec has worked for property managers, social landlords, industrial sites and heating operators, 24/7.
An audience of managers looking quickly for the right contact, often in an emergency, who want to understand each trade before asking for a quote.
What the site does
- The 24/7 emergency number in the top bar, on every page.
- One page per trade: leak detection, plumbing and heating, drainage, underground networks.
- An always-visible "Get a quote" button leading to a dedicated form.
- The company's key facts up front: experience, interventions per year, technical reports with photos or videos.
- An FAQ and a page about its CSR commitments.
Approach
A sober site in the brand's colours (navy and yellow) that leads straight to the phone and the quote form.
Each trade has its own page, so it can be found on Google for each of these searches.
Technical choices
WordPress with the Astra theme, Contact Form 7 forms protected by reCAPTCHA, Google Site Kit tracking. The client edits pages themselves.
